CREMULEC Project

All people communicate.
Some people face barriers in communication.
They may not speak or may have difficulty understanding messages.
They may not be able to read.
These barriers can be reduced.

How?

We can use creative methods of communication,
such as movement, music, stories, theatre, and similar approaches.

What is the CREMULEC project?

The CREMULEC project helps people who have difficulties with communication.
The project also supports teachers, caregivers, and other professionals who work with them.
We use creative approaches to make communication easier and to help people understand each other better.

Main goals of the project:

  • Teach teachers and professionals how to communicate better with people who face communication barriers.
  • Use art as a tool to support expression.
  • Ensure that everyone can be included, regardless of their abilities.
  • Prepare a simple catalogue with tips for better communication.
  • Organise workshops where people can try out new methods.
  • Collect feedback from people with disabilities and improve the methods if needed.

Who is the project for?

  • People with intellectual or cognitive disabilities, such as autism, dyslexia, or ADHD.
  • Teachers and adult educators.

It is also intended for therapists, caregivers, families, migrants, and older people.

What will we do?

  • Organise workshops to learn new communication skills.
  • Prepare an easy-to-use guide with selected methods.
  • Express ourselves through art.
  • Connect professionals and the community.
